Creating shipments from an order

A shipment can be created from an order card in just a few clicks.

Step-by-step instructions

1. Open a paid order (order list).
2. Click Create shipment.
3. Select a carrier (DPD / DHL) and check:

- the delivery address (pulled from the order); - the weight and dimensions of the parcel; - the shipment type (parcel/pallet, cash on delivery).

1. Confirm – the system will contact the carrier's API and receive a tracking number and label.
2. Print the label and attach it to the parcel.
3. Change the order status to "Shipped" – the customer will receive a notification with the tracking number if message templates are configured.

Tips

• Order assembly before packaging is convenient using picking lists;
• bulk printing of labels is done via print actions.
