Bookings from the website and manual entries: confirmations, reminders, and visit statuses.
How a client books an appointment
On the salon's website: selects a service → a master (or "any") → an available time slot from the calendar → leaves contact information. The system only shows truly available slots (considering schedules and existing bookings).
Where to find bookings
Nail Studio module → Bookings (…/erp/nail/bookings) — list view; Schedule — the same in calendar view.
Booking lifecycle
new → confirmed → client arrived → completed (or no-show/canceled).
Reminders
Automatic messages to the client (confirmation, day-before reminder) — via message templates or scenarios. Reminders significantly reduce "no-shows".
