Where to find it
Products & Inventory module → Mobile Intake (…/erp/mobile-intake). Open this page on your phone — the interface is adapted for touchscreens.
How it works
- Take a photo of the item with your phone's camera — the photo is immediately added to the item card.
- Fill in a minimum of fields: name/model, condition, price.
- Save — the item card is created; details can be completed later from a computer in the catalog.
