Telegram Integration
Notify your team in Telegram: new orders, leads, and events—instantly in the messenger.
Telegram integration sends important workspace events to your team's chat.
Where to find it
Settings → Integrations → Telegram (…/integrations/telegram).
Setup
- Create a bot via @BotFather in Telegram → get the token.
- Paste the token into the integration settings.
- Add the bot to your team chat and link the chat to the workspace according to the instructions on the page.
- Select events for notifications: new order, new lead, repair ready, etc.

Scenarios can send arbitrary messages to Telegram — with conditions and event data.
