- Open the job in the recruitment module → Create Poster.
- Poster Studio will open in job mode — text fields are already filled with ad data.
- The AI can immediately generate several design options to choose from (different layouts/colors) — select the best one and refine it.
- Use AI tools to replace the background or enhance the photo.
- Publish the poster to the job page on the website or download it for social media.
