Oprela Pricing: How to Choose a Plan and What You Pay For
How Oprela plans are structured: what differentiates them, what limits apply, how add-on modules and AI credits work, and how to change your plan without losing data.
The price of a business system should be clear before you start using it. This article explains the logic behind Oprela's pricing plans so you can choose the right plan for your business without overpaying for unnecessary features.
Current prices are always available in Settings → Billing in your workspace and on the pricing page.
What Determines Your Plan
Plans differ not only in price but also in the set of features and limits:
- Modules. Basic plans cover website, store, CRM, and content. Higher-tier plans add inventory, finance, HR, projects & estimates, audits, API, and white-label.
- Users. How many people can work in the workspace.
- Orders per month. How many orders the store can process.
- Active products. Catalog size.
- Sites & languages. Number of websites and language versions.
- Automation scenarios. How many automations can run simultaneously.
- Storage. Volume of files, photos, and documents.
- AI credits. How many AI actions are included per month.
How to Choose
Starting out or working solo. Starter plan: website, store, CRM, and content for a single business.
Selling services and collecting leads. Plan with configurators, live pricing, and CRM with unlimited leads.
Managing all operations within the system. Plan with inventory, finance, HR, projects & estimates.
Scaling or serving clients as an agency. Higher-tier plan with unlimited scenarios, multiple websites, API, and white-label.
Tip: Choose a plan based on the modules you need right now. Upgrading to a higher-tier plan takes a minute and doesn't require data migration.
Add-on Modules
If you need one or two features from a higher-tier plan, you don't necessarily have to upgrade entirely. Add-ons provide specific features or increase limits for your current plan.
AI Credits
AI features are paid for with credits. A portion of credits is included in your plan each month; additional credits can be purchased. What Happens if You Reach a Limit
The system will notify you in advance. For example, if you reach the user limit, you won't be able to invite a new employee until you upgrade your plan or free up a spot. Your data will not be lost.
Annual Payment
Annual payment plans are cheaper than monthly plans. If you are already confident in Oprela, this is the easiest way to save money.
