Lead Engine Review Queue

Approving draft emails, calling leads without emails, and converting replies to CRM.

The Review Queue is where you review and approve everything that Lead Engine has found and prepared. No email goes out without your approval.

Where to find it

Lead Engine module → Review Queue (/lead-engine/queue). The "{{count}} drafts waiting" button on the Lead Engine dashboard leads directly here.

Lead Queue

Four tabs

  • "In Progress" — leads newly found by search or researched by AI (statuses "Found", "Researched", "Rejected (auto)", "Send Error");
  • "Drafts" — ready emails awaiting approval;
  • "Sent" — leads that have already been sent emails;
  • "Replied" — leads that have replied to an email.

Working with a draft

  • "Approve" — sends the email as is;
  • "Edit" — click on the text, adjust the subject or content, then "Save and Approve";
  • "Reject" — with a reason (helps train the model on which leads to reject);
  • "Bulk Approve {{count}} leads with score ≥80" — mass approves all quality drafts with one click.

Leads without email — a call instead of an email

If a lead doesn't have an email, instead of "Approve", a "Called" button is displayed — the draft text in this case serves as a script for the call (marked "Call script (no email)"). Clicking it immediately moves the lead to "Sent" status.

If a lead has neither an email nor a phone number, a "No email/phone — add manually" form appears: the entered data will be picked up by the next research cycle and a draft will be generated.

When a lead replies

Mark as "Mark as replied", then "Convert to CRM". This requires the lead to have an email and transfers them as a contact and deal into the "Outbound" pipeline in CRM — then continue negotiations in the usual way.
