Form Builder
Custom forms for data collection: field builder and embedding.
Form Builder — a constructor for arbitrary forms: questionnaires, checklists, applications.
Where to find it
Settings → Form Builder (…/erp/form-builder).
Creating a form
- New form → drag and drop fields: text, selection, date, file, signature.
- Configure required fields and hints.
- The form can be attached to processes (receipt, issue) or shared via a link.
Difference from other forms
- Site forms — simple contact forms on pages;
- Briefs — client questionnaires with a filling wizard;
- Form Builder — a universal constructor for internal processes.
