eBay account page → Analytics: revenue, number of sales, ad conversion, and dynamics over periods. Compare accounts with each other if you have several.
Sync Logs
Every exchange operation with eBay — publishing, price update, order import — is recorded in a log with its status and details of eBay's response.
When to check: if an ad hasn't updated, an order hasn't appeared, or a price hasn't changed. The log will show a specific error from eBay (e.g., invalid category or account limit).
