Universal Booking System

Real-time list of client appointments: confirmation, completion, cancellation.

Bookings is a universal module for client appointment scheduling: suitable for any business with performers (people, rooms, equipment), services with duration and price, and working hours. Unlike Nail Studio or Auto Service, which have their own specialized booking systems, this is a general tool for other industries.

Bookings module → Bookings (/erp/bookings).

List of bookings

The list updates in real-time. Filters: date range ("From" – "To"), status, performer.

  • "Confirm" — changes the appointment status to "Confirmed";
  • "Complete" — marks the visit as "Completed";
  • "Cancel" — with an optional cancellation reason.

Prerequisites

For clients to be able to book, you first need to set up:

  1. Performers — who/what accepts bookings;
  2. Service Catalog — what can be booked;
  3. Working Hours — when performers are available.
