Back in Stock Notifications
Customers subscribe to out-of-stock products and receive an email as soon as they become available.
When a product is out of stock, instead of losing a sale, your store offers the customer to leave their email and receive a notification.
What the customer sees
On the product page with "Out of Stock" status, instead of the "Add to Cart" button, a "Notify Me When Available" form appears – the customer enters their email with a single click.
How it works
The system checks inventory every 15 minutes; as soon as the product is back in stock, everyone who subscribed automatically receives an email with a link to the product. The email is sent once per subscription.
Low Stock Notifications for you
Separately, if a low stock threshold is set in Category and SEO Settings, you will receive a daily digest email at 8:00 AM with a list of products that are running low – so you can replenish your inventory in advance.
