A Service Order is the central document for a visit: what we do, what was used, how much it costs.
Where to find it
Auto Service module → Orders (…/erp/auto/orders).
Lifecycle
- Created from a booking or manually upon vehicle arrival.
- Diagnostics → agreement on work and estimate with the client.
- Execution: add labor (services) and parts — the total is calculated automatically.
- Delivery: act of completed works (document templates), payment, vehicle returned to the client.
The history is recorded in the vehicle card.
