Repair Advisor is an AI assistant for technicians: it suggests probable causes of malfunctions and the diagnostic procedure for a specific model.
Where to find it
Service Center module → Repair Advisor (…/erp/repair-advisor), or the advisor button directly in the repair card.
How to use it
- Specify the device model and symptoms ("does not turn on", "artifacts on screen").
- The AI will return: probable causes by priority, diagnostic steps, common errors during disassembly.
- The advisor also suggests compatible parts — and whether they are in your stock.
This feature consumes AI credits.
Tip
Use the response as a diagnostic checklist, not as a definitive verdict: AI accelerates hypotheses, the decision is up to the technician.
