Two-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Protect your account with a second factor: setting up an authenticator app.
MFA protects your account even if your password is stolen: a one-time code from your phone is required for login.
Setup
- Profile → Security → Enable MFA.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password…).
- Enter the code from the app to confirm — MFA is active.
Logging in with MFA
After entering your password, the system will ask for a 6-digit code from the app.
If you lose your phone
Use your saved backup codes or contact support with proof of identity.
Tip
Enable MFA for owners and administrators — these are the most valuable accounts in your workspace.
