Oprela Floor: a task's parts and where they lie
Opening a node (e.g. welding W-1), the worker sees the parts that go into it, how many are ready, where they lie — a warehouse bin or a machine — and their drawings and 3D.
What the worker sees
The worker opens a node task, for example welding W-1. Below the documents there is a "Parts for this task" block. For every part or sub-node it shows:- a picture;
- how many are needed and ready, e.g. "Need 10 · ready 4 (1 per 1)";
- where the batches lie:
- "Drawing" and "3D" buttons for that part.
For a BOM sub-assembly, its lines are shown.
How to give the place
When a batch is done, the worker taps "Put away" on the task card and then either:- scans the place's label;
- or types its code, e.g. 2.3.2.1.
If the code exists in several warehouses, the app asks which one. Every move is written to the batch's history.
Where the places come from
They are the storage places of the Warehouse (WMS) module: warehouse → racks → shelves → bins. The bin code is made automatically. To get places, create a warehouse for the production hall and print the bin labels.Who sees it
- Workers with the "Operator" or "Drawings" page see the parts list.
- Only workers with "Drawings" can open files.
- Workers with "Operator" can give the place.
