Data Wiping with Certificate

Whether you sell used equipment or accept trade-ins, Data Wiping documents that the previous owner's data has been destroyed.

Service Center module → Data Wiping (…/erp/data-wiping).
Process
- Select the device and the wiping method (overwrite, factory reset, physical destruction of media).
- Perform the procedure and record the result in the system.
- Generate a wiping certificate — a document with the model, serial number, method, date, and performer.
Certificate Verification
Each certificate has a unique link/QR code — the client can verify its authenticity online (Certificates and Verification).
