Breaking down a project into milestones: timelines, responsibilities, progress, and payments.
Where to find it
Oprela Build module → Milestones (…/erp/build/milestones), or the Milestones tab in the project card.
Working with milestones
- Break down the project into milestones: foundation → shell → roof → finishing.
- For each milestone: define timelines, budget, responsible person, and dependencies on previous milestones.
- Mark progress — the overall project readiness is calculated automatically.
- Milestones can be linked to customer payments (payment after milestone acceptance).
For the customer
Milestone progress can be shown to the customer in the client cabinet — transparency instead of daily calls.
